This change posed several challenges, such as informing the community about the new details and ensuring their participation despite the inconvenience. I immediately took charge of the situation by organizing a team to spread the word about the changes through various channels, including social media, flyers, and direct outreach. Additionally, I reached out to local businesses and organizations to secure the new venue and make necessary arrangements. Despite the initial setback, the event turned out to be a success, with a significant turnout and positive feedback from the community.
