Summary of the Role
As a Product Quality Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the quality of products throughout their lifecycle. Strong understanding of quality assurance standards and methodologies.
Experience with quality management systems (QMS) and software.
Knowledge of statistical analysis and process improvement techniques.
Responsibilities
Develop and implement quality assurance policies and procedures.
Coordinate with product development teams to integrate quality control measures during product design and development.
Lead a team of quality assurance specialists and inspectors to assess product specifications and customer requirements.
Ensure compliance with national and international standards and legislation.
Analyze data to identify areas for improvement in the quality system.
Prepare and maintain detailed reports on quality metrics, audits, and inspections.
Manage and oversee product testing processes.
Train and mentor staff on proper QA testing procedures and updates.
Investigate customer complaints and non-conformance issues.
Work with supply chain partners to ensure quality standards are met at all production stages.
