Summary of the Role
The Event Production Coordinator is responsible for overseeing the planning, organization, and execution of events, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the client's satisfaction. They serve as the main point of contact for all production-related activities, mediating between clients, suppliers, and staff to facilitate seamless event logistics.

Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
Certifications in Event Management or related areas are a plus.
Responsibilities
Develop and maintain event project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
Coordinate with clients to understand their needs and deliver custom solutions for their events.
Manage relationships with vendors, suppliers, and venues to secure the best rates and ensure quality service.
Oversee the setup, operation, and dismantling of events, ensuring adherence to safety regulations.
Lead and motivate a team of staff and volunteers, providing clear direction and oversight.
Implement and enforce quality control and risk management procedures for all stages of event production.
Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients, suppliers, and talent.
Monitor event progress and troubleshoot any arising issues to avoid disruptions.
Analyze post-event data to evaluate success and identify areas for improvement.
