I have experience leading and mentoring junior chemists and laboratory staff. In my previous role as a Senior Analytical Chemist, I led a team of three junior chemists and two laboratory technicians. I provided guidance and support to them, ensuring they understood the analytical procedures and methods. I also mentored them on data interpretation and report writing. I conducted regular training sessions to enhance their skills and knowledge. Additionally, I monitored their progress, providing feedback and addressing any areas of improvement.
