Summary of the Role
As a Senior Epidemiologist, you will be responsible for leading studies on the distribution and determinants of health and diseases, morbidity, injuries, disability, and mortality in populations. Senior Epidemiologists are experts in the methodology of public health research and are often involved in the design, conduct, and analysis of research studies. They also have a significant role in public health policy formulation, communicable disease control strategies, and emergency response to infectious disease outbreaks.

Familiarity with statistical software and data analysis techniques used in epidemiology.
Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in multidisciplinary teams.
Responsibilities

Lead data analysis and interpretation of data related to epidemiological investigations and studies.
Collaborate with healthcare professionals and policy makers to develop and assess public health interventions and policies.

Contribute to grant writing and securing funding for public health research.
