What is your experience with risk assessment?

I have some experience with risk assessment through my coursework during my degree in Risk Management. I have been introduced to various risk assessment methodologies and frameworks, and I understand the importance of analyzing risks in strategic, operational, and financial aspects. I have also gained proficiency in using Microsoft Office, especially Excel, which is essential for data analysis in risk assessment. Although I haven't had the opportunity to apply these skills in a professional setting yet, I am eager to learn and expand my experience in risk assessment.

During my degree in Risk Management, I had the opportunity to dive deep into risk assessment. I gained hands-on experience in using various risk assessment methodologies and frameworks to evaluate risks in strategic, operational, and financial aspects. For example, I worked on a group project where we conducted a risk assessment for a local business looking to expand internationally. I led the data analysis process, using Excel to analyze the business's financial data and identify potential risks. I then collaborated with my team to prepare a comprehensive report outlining our risk assessment findings, recommendations for risk control, and mitigation strategies. This experience not only honed my data analysis and report writing skills but also required critical thinking and attention to detail.
