Summary of the Role
The Cell Culture Scientist is responsible for the development, optimization, and execution of cell culture processes for the production of biopharmaceuticals. They work closely with cross-functional teams to support product development and ensure quality compliance in accordance with industry standards.

Qualifications
Bachelor's or Master's degree in cell biology, biotechnology, biochemical engineering, or a related field.
2-5 years of hands-on experience in mammalian cell culture, preferably in a biopharmaceutical environment.
Strong understanding of cell biology, sterile techniques, and aseptic processing.
Experience with bioreactor operation and scale-up processes.
Knowledge of GMP and other relevant regulatory guidelines.
Responsibilities
Design and conduct experiments for cell line development and optimization.
Monitor and analyze cell cultures, ensuring high viability and productivity.
Develop and optimize scale-up processes for bioreactors and other cell culture systems.
Collaborate with the quality control team to maintain cell culture quality and address contamination issues.
Prepare technical reports, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and presentations to share findings and improvements.
Work with the development team to integrate new technologies or improvements into the cell culture process.
Assist in the troubleshooting of cell culture processes and equipment malfunctions.
Ensure compliance with industry regulations and safety standards.
