Strong leadership skills, with the ability to manage and motivate a diverse team.
Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and time management skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and inventory software.
Ability to lift heavy objects and stand for extended periods if necessary.
Responsibilities
Supervise and coordinate activities of warehouse staff to ensure efficient warehouse operations.
Maintain inventory accuracy and manage stock levels to meet customer demands without overstocking.
Implement and maintain operational procedures and policies, including health and safety standards.
Schedule and oversee the receipt, storage, and shipment of products.
Train new employees and provide ongoing training to all staff members.
Communicate with internal and external stakeholders, such as suppliers, logistics partners, and retail outlets.
Monitor performance metrics and KPIs to assess operational efficiency.
Resolve any issues or complaints that may arise within the distribution center.
