In my previous role as a Telecom intern at a telecommunications company, I regularly used Microsoft Word and Excel to create and update documentation for telecom systems and projects. I also utilized telecom software, such as Cisco Call Manager and Avaya Aura, to monitor and troubleshoot telecommunication systems. While I have a good understanding of these software tools, I am eager to further enhance my skills and knowledge in this area.
