I have some familiarity with agile and Scrum methodologies. I have worked in cross-functional teams where we utilized these methodologies to develop and deliver digital products. We would have regular sprint planning and review meetings to prioritize and track progress. We also used tools like JIRA and Trello to manage tasks and ensure transparency across the team. While I have a good understanding of the basic principles, I'm always looking to deepen my knowledge and stay updated on the latest industry best practices.

I have extensive experience working with agile and Scrum methodologies.
