In my previous role as a Supplier Quality Engineer, I led a continuous improvement initiative to enhance supplier quality systems and processes. One of the key areas of focus was to improve the communication and collaboration between our company and the suppliers. We implemented a regular feedback mechanism to share performance data and address any quality issues. Additionally, we conducted supplier audits to assess their quality management systems and identify areas for improvement. Through this initiative, we were able to enhance the overall supplier quality and achieve better compliance with regulatory requirements.
