I have experience working in a multidisciplinary team environment. In my previous position, I worked as a biochemist in a research lab where collaboration was crucial. I regularly collaborated with scientists from different disciplines such as molecular biology, genetics, and pharmacology. We would come together to design experiments, analyze data, and discuss our findings. I found working in a multidisciplinary team to be incredibly rewarding as it allowed for a diverse range of expertise and perspectives. It also provided the opportunity to learn from others and apply knowledge from different fields to our research.
