I have experience working in teams and have strong communication capabilities. In my previous role as a Hardware Validation Engineer, I collaborated closely with a cross-functional team consisting of design engineers, software engineers, and product managers. We worked together to define validation criteria and develop detailed validation plans for new hardware systems. During the testing phase, I communicated test progress, findings, and recommendations to the team through regular meetings and written reports. I also utilized my excellent communication skills to effectively troubleshoot hardware failures and anomalies. Overall, my experience working in teams and communicating effectively has been crucial in ensuring the success of hardware validation projects.
