What health assessments and screenings do you regularly perform?

As a Community Health Physician, I regularly perform a variety of health assessments and screenings to ensure the wellbeing of my patients. Some of the assessments and screenings I commonly perform include physical examinations, blood pressure checks, cholesterol screenings, diabetes screenings, cancer screenings (such as mammograms and colonoscopies), and STD screenings. These assessments and screenings are crucial in detecting any underlying health issues and identifying potential risk factors early on. By regularly performing these assessments and screenings, I am able to provide accurate diagnoses, develop appropriate treatment plans, and educate my patients on preventive measures to maintain their overall health.
