In my previous work, I have gained experience with field sampling techniques and data collection methods. For example, during my internship at a marine research institute, I was responsible for conducting field surveys to assess fish populations and their habitats. I utilized various techniques such as seine netting, electrofishing, and snorkeling to collect data on fish abundance, species composition, and habitat characteristics. I also used GPS and GIS technologies to accurately record the location of sampling sites. Additionally, I assisted in the collection of water quality data and vegetation samples to understand the overall health of the aquatic ecosystem.
