What change management software are you familiar with?

I am familiar with several change management software tools such as Prosci's Change management toolkit, Trello, and JIRA. These tools have helped me effectively manage and track changes throughout various projects. For example, in my previous role, I implemented Prosci's Change management toolkit to create and implement change management strategies. This allowed me to collaborate with cross-functional teams, track issues related to change management, and evaluate the effectiveness of our strategies. Additionally, I used Trello and JIRA to document requirements, track progress, and ensure that change management activities were integrated into project plans.
