Describe your experience collaborating with local communities and farmers.

I have collaborated with local communities and farmers in my previous role as an Agricultural Extension Officer. I regularly visited local farms and engaged in discussions with farmers to understand their needs and challenges. I organized community meetings and workshops to educate farmers about sustainable agricultural practices and the benefits of agroforestry. Additionally, I facilitated farmer field days where experts shared their knowledge and demonstrated agroforestry techniques. By actively communicating with the communities and farmers, I was able to establish strong relationships and gain their trust.
