I have experience working in teams in my previous role as a Helpdesk Analyst. I contributed to a positive team dynamic by actively participating in team meetings and brainstorming sessions. I always made sure to listen to my teammates' ideas and provide constructive feedback. I also volunteered to take on additional tasks to support my team members when they were busy. Additionally, I maintained open and transparent communication with my team, keeping everyone updated on the progress of assigned tasks.
