Summary of the Role
We are seeking a seasoned Marketing Data Analyst with more than 5 years of industry experience to play a key role in our marketing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for collecting and analyzing marketing data to enhance our marketing strategies, optimize our marketing efforts, and predict future trends. This role requires an individual with a strong analytical mindset, extensive experience in marketing analytics, and the ability to translate data into actionable insights.

Experience with data modeling and predictive analytics.
Deep understanding of digital marketing channels and metrics.
Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) and content management system (CMS) platforms.
Strong presentation and communication skills to clearly articulate data insights to non-technical team members.
Responsibilities
Collect, clean, and analyze marketing data to identify trends and insights.
Create and maintain reports on marketing campaigns, including conversion rates, customer engagement, and customer acquisition costs.
Work closely with the marketing team to develop data-driven strategies for marketing campaigns.
Use predictive modeling to forecast marketing outcomes and advise on budget allocation.
Communicate findings and recommendations to senior management and stakeholders.
Monitor industry trends and best practices in marketing analytics.
Collaborate cross-functionally with product, sales, and finance teams to ensure data consistency and accuracy.
Manage and mentor junior data analysts within the team.
