I have had the opportunity to mentor and train junior financial planners in my previous role. I provided guidance and support to help them develop their skills in financial planning and client management. We would have regular one-on-one meetings to discuss their progress and address any questions or challenges they were facing. I would also provide feedback on their work and offer suggestions for improvement. Overall, it was a rewarding experience to see them grow and succeed in their roles.
