In my previous role as a Regulatory Affairs Manager, I had the opportunity to lead cross-functional teams on multiple occasions. One project that stands out is when we were preparing for a regulatory inspection. I was responsible for bringing together representatives from various departments, including R&D, Quality Assurance, and Manufacturing, to ensure that we were prepared for the inspection. We held regular meetings to coordinate efforts, develop strategies, and allocate tasks. I also facilitated communication between team members and provided guidance throughout the process. As a result, we successfully passed the inspection with no major findings.
