In my previous role as a UI/UX Designer, I had the opportunity to develop and evaluate personas, user journey maps, and usability studies. I conducted user research to gain insights into the needs, motivations, and behaviors of our target audience. I used this information to create detailed personas that represented our users' characteristics and goals. These personas helped inform the design process and ensure that our solutions met their needs. I also created user journey maps to understand the user's experience from start to finish. This mapping process was crucial in identifying pain points and opportunities for improvement. Additionally, I conducted usability studies to evaluate the effectiveness and efficiency of our designs. I recruited participants, prepared test scenarios, and gathered feedback to inform iterative design improvements.
