Qualifications

At least 5 years of experience in data analysis, preferably in the education sector.
Solid understanding of data analysis tools and statistical software (e.g., R, Python, SPSS, SAS).
Experience with database design, data modeling, and data mining.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy.
Knowledge of best practices in educational research and assessment.
Experience in managing and safeguarding sensitive educational data.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, particularly in presenting complex data to non-technical audiences.
Proven ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
Responsibilities
Develop and implement data collection systems and other strategies to optimize efficiency and data quality.
Analyze and interpret complex data sets related to student performance, instructional effectiveness, and educational outcomes.
Manage and analyze data to identify trends, make predictions, and advise on strategic decisions for educational programming and policy planning.
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand data needs and deliver meaningful insights that support teaching and learning initiatives.
Present findings and translate complex data into actionable recommendations for educators, administrators, and policymakers.
Develop and maintain an analytics dashboard to provide real-time information to help guide decisions.
Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations and ethical standards in handling educational data.
Provide training and support to staff on the use of data analysis tools and interpretation of data reports.
Contribute to the development and evaluation of program assessments to measure instructional quality and effectiveness.
