I have had the opportunity to mentor several junior ESL teachers throughout my career. I provided guidance and support to help them improve their teaching skills and classroom management techniques. I observed their classes, provided feedback, and suggested strategies for engaging students from diverse backgrounds. Additionally, I shared resources and lesson plans with them to assist in their curriculum development. It was rewarding to see their growth and the positive impact they made on their students.
