In my previous role as an architectural designer, I encountered resistance to sustainable design ideas when I proposed incorporating energy-efficient features into a commercial building project. Some team members were skeptical about the cost and potential delays associated with implementing these sustainable practices. To overcome this resistance, I compiled a detailed cost-benefit analysis that highlighted the long-term savings and environmental benefits of incorporating sustainable design elements.
