A time when I had to train a large group of educators on a new educational technology was when I introduced a virtual classroom platform to a school district. I organized a full-day training workshop at a central location where educators from multiple schools attended. During the training, I explained the features and functionalities of the virtual classroom platform, demonstrated how to create and manage online lessons, and shared best practices for engaging students in the virtual environment. I also provided hands-on practice sessions where educators had the opportunity to explore the platform and ask questions. The training was well-received, and educators left feeling confident and excited to implement the new technology in their classrooms.

One instance where I had to train a large group of educators on a new educational technology was during the implementation of a learning management system (LMS) in a school district.
