In my previous role as a Senior Multimedia Designer, I had the opportunity to lead brainstorming sessions to generate innovative design solutions. I would gather my design team in a collaborative space and encourage them to think outside the box. We would start by discussing the goals and objectives of the project, and then I would prompt the team with open-ended questions to spark creative thinking. I would encourage everyone to share their ideas and build upon each other's concepts. During these sessions, I would facilitate the discussion and ensure that every team member felt heard and valued. By the end of the brainstorming sessions, we would have a pool of diverse ideas and solutions to explore and refine further.
