In my previous role as a Junior Multimedia Designer, I had to manage competing priorities in a project that involved creating a series of video tutorials for a software application. At the same time, I was also responsible for designing graphics for social media campaigns. To handle the competing priorities, I first assessed the timelines and deliverables for each task. I then prioritized the video tutorial project as it had a strict deadline and required more time for editing and revisions. I communicated with my team and informed them about my workload and asked for their support in completing the graphic design tasks. I also blocked out uninterrupted time on my calendar to focus solely on the video tutorial project. By managing my time effectively and seeking assistance from my teammates, I was able to meet the deadline for the video tutorials while also delivering high-quality graphics for the social media campaigns.
