Summary of the Role
The Digital Project Manager is responsible for leading and managing digital projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the client's satisfaction. This role involves close collaboration with cross-functional teams including designers, developers, marketers, and stakeholders to create high-quality digital solutions.

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in business or related field of study.
Minimum 2 years of project management and related experience.
Proven experience managing a team.
Experience in strategic planning, risk management, or change management.
Proficiency in project management software tools.
Certificates in Project Management will be considered an asset (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2).
Responsibilities
Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.
Develop comprehensive project plans that merge customer requirements with company goals and coordinate various managers and technical personnel during all project phases.
Track project performance, specifically to analyze the successful completion of short and long-term goals.
Meet budgetary objectives and adjust project constraints based on financial analysis.
Facilitate the definition of service levels and customer requirements. Interact regularly with existing or potential clients to determine their needs and to develop plans for improving delivery.
Manage and adjust for any changes in project scope, schedule, and / or budget.
Identify and resolve issues and conflicts within the project team.
Report on project progress and offer viable solutions and opportunities as they arise.
Implement and manage change when necessary to meet project outputs.
Evaluate and assess the result of the project.
