In my previous role as a Quality Control Specialist, I had the opportunity to work closely with external auditors during the external audit process. I collaborated with the auditors by providing them with the necessary documentation and data related to our quality management system. We would have a kick-off meeting where we discussed the scope of the audit and any specific areas of focus. Throughout the audit, I ensured that the auditors had access to all relevant information and answered any questions they had. I also participated in the audit interviews and provided them with a detailed explanation of our quality processes and procedures. After the audit, I worked on implementing any recommended improvements based on the auditor's findings.
