Summary of the Role
We are looking for an experienced Brand Manager to help us build and maintain a strong, consistent brand through a wide range of online and offline marketing channels. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing marketing strategies, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and driving brand growth.

Strong understanding of customer and market dynamics and requirements.
Proven ability to develop brand and marketing strategies and communicate recommendations to executives.
Experience with digital marketing forms such as social media marketing and content marketing.
Excellent understanding of the full marketing mix.

Responsibilities
Develop and execute brand strategies to meet sales and marketing objectives.
Lead market research efforts to uncover the viability of current and existing products/services.
Coordinate with the R&D department to ensure brand consistency.
Develop and manage marketing budgets.
Analyze brand positioning and consumer insights to adjust strategies accordingly.
Measure and report performance of all marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs).
Monitor market trends, research consumer markets and competitors' activities.
Oversee new and ongoing marketing and advertising activities.
Mentor and guide junior marketing team members.
