In my previous role as an Education Coordinator at a local school, I used data and research to inform decision-making in education. For example, I analyzed student performance data to identify areas of improvement in the curriculum and teaching methods. I also conducted surveys and interviews with students, parents, and teachers to gather feedback and insights. Based on the data and research findings, I made recommendations for changes in the curriculum and instructional strategies to enhance student learning outcomes. Additionally, I attended educational conferences and workshops to stay abreast of the latest research and best practices in education.
