What project management methodologies are you familiar with?

I am familiar with agile project management methodology. In my previous role, I worked in a cross-functional team where we used the Scrum framework. We had daily stand-up meetings to track progress, sprint planning sessions to define tasks, and retrospective meetings to reflect on our work. This methodology helped us stay organized and deliver high-quality products on time. I also have knowledge of the Waterfall methodology, which I learned during my studies. This approach is more sequential, with clear phases such as requirements gathering, design, development, testing, and deployment.

In addition to agile and waterfall, I am also familiar with the Lean methodology. Lean focuses on maximizing value and minimizing waste in a project. I have used Lean principles to improve efficiency and eliminate non-value-added activities in my previous projects. Another methodology I am familiar with is Kanban. Kanban is a visual management tool that helps teams manage their workflow. I have used Kanban boards to track tasks and ensure smooth project execution. Overall, my understanding of these methodologies allows me to adapt to different project management approaches depending on the project's requirements.

In addition to the mentioned methodologies, I have experience with the PRINCE2 methodology. PRINCE2 is a widely used project management framework that provides a scalable and customizable approach to project management. I obtained my PRINCE2 certification and have successfully applied its principles in managing large-scale projects. I also have experience with the Agile Project Management (AgilePM) methodology, which combines the flexibility of agile methodologies with the robustness of PRINCE2. This approach has allowed me to effectively manage complex projects while maintaining agility and adaptability.
