Tell us about a time when you used your problem-solving skills to overcome a design challenge.

I remember a project during my time in school where I had to design a sustainable housing complex for a community. The challenge was to create a design that would meet the needs of the residents while also being environmentally friendly. I utilized my problem-solving skills to overcome this challenge by conducting extensive research on sustainable materials and technologies. I also collaborated with a team of engineers and architects to integrate ecological aspects into the design. By using CAD software, I created visual representations of the housing complex and presented my design ideas to the client. Through effective communication and teamwork, we were able to develop a concept that combined functionality, sustainability, and aesthetically pleasing design.

I encountered a design challenge while working on a project for a client who wanted to revamp their office space. The challenge was to create a design that optimized space utilization while also incorporating elements of biophilic design.
