Responsibilities
Conduct failure analysis investigations and root cause analysis on failed components.
Prepare detailed failure analysis reports and present findings to cross-functional teams.
Collaborate with engineering and quality assurance teams to identify preventive measures and corrective actions.
Support material and component testing under various conditions to establish failure modes.
Utilize analytical tools and techniques such as Scanning Electron Microscopy (SEM) and Energy Dispersive Spectroscopy (EDS).
Maintain accurate records of analyses and ensure compliance with industry standards.
Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance testing procedures and failure analysis processes.
