What methods and techniques have you used to collect and analyze plant samples?

In my previous role as a Junior Botanist, I used a combination of field and lab-based methods to collect and analyze plant samples. In the field, I would conduct surveys and observations to identify plant species and their habitats. I would carefully collect plant samples, taking note of their location, date, and any relevant environmental factors. In the lab, I would process the samples by cleaning and preparing them for analysis. I used various techniques such as microscopy, DNA extraction, and chemical tests to study the samples and analyze their properties. I also utilized data analysis software to interpret the results and draw conclusions.
