In my previous role as a Product Manager, I faced a situation where the project scope suddenly changed due to new market research findings. This created a lot of ambiguity as we had already invested a significant amount of time and resources into the original plan. However, I quickly adapted to the situation by gathering the team together to discuss the new information and assess the impact on our project. We brainstormed alternative strategies and evaluated the risks and benefits of each option. Ultimately, we decided to pivot our product and refocus our efforts.
