Responsibilities
Greet guests and provide them with menus and daily specials.
Ensure all orders are taken accurately and served to the guests promptly.
Maintain knowledge of the menu, including all seasonal and special items.
Handle guests' dietary restrictions and allergen concerns with care and professionalism.
Coordinate with the kitchen staff to manage timing of course delivery.
Keep a clean and organized work area including dining tables, service stations, and utensil restocking.
Handle the billing process and provide a seamless checkout experience.
Address all guest queries and complaints swiftly and effectively.
