In my previous role as a Waste Stream Researcher, I had the opportunity to work on a research project where I had to analyze and interpret complex data. The project aimed to identify opportunities for waste reduction and recycling in a manufacturing facility. To accomplish this, I collected data on the types and quantities of waste generated, as well as the current waste management practices. I used data analysis software to organize and analyze the data, looking for patterns and trends. By interpreting the data, I was able to identify specific areas where waste reduction strategies could be implemented. I presented my findings to the team and proposed recommendations for improvement. This experience allowed me to hone my analytical skills and gain a deeper understanding of waste management practices.
