In my previous role as a Network Administrator, I frequently had to work with staff at different levels within and outside of IT. One specific example was when we had to implement a new network infrastructure to support a company-wide system upgrade. I collaborated with the IT team to understand their requirements and worked with the senior management to ensure the network design aligned with the organization's goals. Additionally, I coordinated with external vendors to procure the necessary hardware and software. Throughout the project, I provided regular updates to the IT team and conducted training sessions to ensure a smooth transition to the new infrastructure.
