I had to adapt to changes in project requirements when I was working on a hydrogeological project in which the client requested additional water quality analysis. Initially, the project focused on studying the groundwater distribution and circulation, but midway through, the client realized they needed more information on potential contamination sources. To handle this change, I worked closely with the team to adjust our data collection methods and include additional sampling locations. We also incorporated advanced hydrogeological modeling software to analyze the impact of contamination on groundwater resources. By effectively adapting to these changes, we were able to provide the client with a comprehensive understanding of both the water quality and quantity aspects of the project.
