Tell us about a time when you took initiative to improve the sound design process.

One time, I noticed that our sound design process was taking longer than necessary due to a lack of organization. I took it upon myself to create a system to streamline the process. I created a spreadsheet to track the progress of each sound design task, including deadlines and dependencies. This allowed everyone on the team to easily see the status of each task and prioritize accordingly. Additionally, I suggested implementing a cloud-based file sharing system to ensure that all the necessary sound files were easily accessible to everyone. These initiatives greatly improved the efficiency of our sound design process.

In a recent project, I proactively identified issues in our sound design process and took the initiative to improve it.
