Summary of the Role
As a Digital Advertising Manager, you will be responsible for planning, developing, implementing, and managing the overall digital advertising strategy. You will lead a team of marketing professionals to manage digital ad campaigns and ensure they align with the growth objectives of the business. Your role is to enhance brand awareness within the digital space as well as drive website traffic and acquire leads/customers.
Required Skills
Solid knowledge of website and marketing analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, NetInsight, Omniture, WebTrends, SEMRush, etc.).
Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform, and motivate.
Experience in optimizing landing pages and user funnels.
Strong analytical abilities to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points.
Team management and communication skills.
Ability to multitask and perform under tight deadlines.
Strong problem-solving skills and creative thinking.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in marketing or relevant field.
Proven working experience in digital marketing, particularly within the industry.
Experience with A/B and multivariate experiments.
Working knowledge of ad serving tools.
Experience in setting up and optimizing Google Adwords campaigns.
Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking.
Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement.
Responsibilities
Develop and execute a comprehensive digital advertising strategy.
Manage and oversee various digital marketing channels such as PPC, display ads, and social media advertising.
Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs).
Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights.
Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies through digital marketing.
Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize the user experience.
Evaluate important metrics that affect our website traffic, service quotas, and target audience.
Work with your team to brainstorm new and innovative growth strategies.
Oversee and manage the digital advertising budget.
