Summary of the Role
As a Senior Creative Account Manager, you will be responsible for maintaining and expanding relationships with our most important clients, overseeing creative projects, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality services that meet client needs. You will act as the main point of contact between the creative team and the clients, guiding creative strategy, and collaborating with diverse teams to drive project success.

Experience with CRM software and MS Office (particularly MS Excel).
In-depth understanding of marketing and advertising principles.
Excellent negotiation and presentation skills.
Proven ability to manage and prioritize tasks in a high-pressure environment.

Identify opportunities to improve services and the client experience through continuous evaluation and refinement of processes.
Manage and resolve any issues that arise during the project lifecycle, ensuring client concerns are addressed promptly and effectively.
