Summary of the Role
The Senior QC Specialist is responsible for leading quality control activities by overseeing the development and implementation of quality control standards and testing systems to ensure that products consistently meet or exceed established quality standards. Certification in Quality Control such as CQA, or relevant industry certifications.
Responsibilities

Leading and mentoring a team of QC analysts and technicians in their day-to-day tasks.
Conducting regular product tests and analysis to ensure quality and compliance with specifications.
Overseeing the inspection of raw materials and final products to identify any deviations from quality standards.
Liaising with other departments to incorporate quality control measures throughout the production process.
Preparing detailed reports on quality control issues, inspections, and corrective actions taken.
Supervising the calibration and maintenance of QC lab equipment to ensure accurate measurements and testing.
Initiating and managing continuous improvement projects aimed at enhancing quality and efficiency.
Ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and industry standards.
Investigating customer complaints and non-conformance issues to provide timely resolutions and prevent recurrence.
