Summary of the Role

You will possess a deep understanding of digital performance metrics, have experience in reporting and presenting insights, and enjoy working collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

Minimum of 5 years of experience in a digital analytics role, with a demonstrated track record of driving results through data analysis.
Proficiency with digital analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, Tableau, etc.).
Advanced understanding of SEO and SEM strategies and metrics.
Strong experience with A/B testing, multivariate testing, and the related statistical concepts.
Experience working with large datasets and knowledge of statistical analysis and data visualization techniques.
Proven ability to communicate complex data insights in a clear and concise manner to non-technical audiences.
Responsibilities
Lead the collection, analysis, and interpretation of digital data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to regularly communicate actionable insights to stakeholders.
Implement and manage analytical tools and software to track digital performance.
Collaborate with marketing, sales, and product development teams to inform and influence strategies based on data-driven insights.
Conduct A/B testing and other experimental designs to optimize digital campaigns and user experiences.
Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and updates in digital analytics and tools.
Mentor junior analysts and contribute to the development of the analytics team's capabilities.
