Summary of the Role
We are seeking an experienced Production Quality Supervisor to oversee our production operations, ensuring all products meet or exceed our stringent quality standards. In this senior role, you will be responsible for monitoring and guiding production processes, managing a team of quality control professionals, and working collaboratively with other departments to maintain high-quality product output.

Qualifications

Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
Competency in using statistical analysis software and data management tools.
Familiarity with industry-specific regulations and standards.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Responsibilities
Lead and manage a quality control team to ensure that all products meet the established standards of quality including reliability, usability and performance.
Develop and implement quality control systems to streamline production and enhance product consistency.
Coordinate with other departments to identify any quality issues with incoming materials and finished products, and develop solutions.
Perform regular analysis of production data, identify trends and inefficiencies, and implement corrective actions as needed.
Manage and maintain the ISO quality management system and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
Conduct risk assessments and implement preventive measures to mitigate potential quality issues.
Foster a culture of continuous improvement within the team, promoting training and development to enhance skillsets.
Prepare and manage the department's budget, ensuring cost-effective operations.
