Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, Education, Technology, or a related field.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in product management, preferably in the EdTech industry.
Proven track record of managing all aspects of a successful product throughout its lifecycle.
Strong understanding of software development and web technologies.
Experience with agile development methodologies.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to think outside the box.
Experience working with cross-functional teams and managing stakeholders.
Responsibilities
Define product vision and strategy aligned with company goals and educational trends.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers, designers, and educators to develop and refine products.
Manage the product lifecycle from planning to tactical activities to product launch.
Conduct market research to understand the needs of educators and learners, as well as to identify emerging trends.
Gather and prioritize customer feedback and requests to incorporate into product development.
Create and manage a product backlog, and work with the engineering team to prioritize features for development.
Develop metrics to assess product performance and user engagement.
Work closely with the marketing team to develop product positioning and go-to-market strategies.
