Qualifications

Experience in leading and managing teams.
Proficiency in using quality control software and statistical analysis tools.
Responsibilities
Develop and implement quality control policies and procedures to ensure compliance with internal and external regulations and standards.
Oversee the inspection of incoming materials, ensuring they meet required quality standards.
Monitor the production processes to guarantee that all products comply with quality expectations and specifications.
Lead a team of QC technicians and provide them with guidance, training, and support.
Analyze data from inspections and tests to identify trends and root causes of quality issues.
Prepare and present detailed reports on quality control outcomes, improvements, and recommendations to management and stakeholders.
Coordinate with other departments to ensure that quality standards are integrated throughout all phases of production.
Stay abreast of new trends and practices in quality control and introduce necessary updates to processes and tools.
