Summary of the Role
As a Senior Field Service Technician, the individual will be responsible for providing exceptional on-site customer service, maintenance, and repair work for specialized equipment. The technician will be tasked with managing complex service calls, offering training and guidance to junior technicians, and ensuring customer satisfaction with each service visit.

Responsibilities
Perform routine maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair work on high-end technical equipment at customer sites.
Ensure prompt and accurate diagnosis of issues and communicate solutions to customers effectively.
Train and mentor junior field service technicians.
Manage service scheduling and maintain accurate records of work performed.
Liaise with the support team to escalate complex issues and provide feedback on recurring technical problems.
